   I went for my Flu vaccine only to be told the person who does the vaccines wasn't there. Now I can't book a new one. No consideration for patients.

   Contact via phone is difficult. When getting through to their mobile, the reception is not sufficient for effective communication. It would be more helpful if they had a dedicated landline phone. This is surprising considering they recently moved into a brand new refurbished store.

   This pharmacy used to be the best in Whitefield and Unsworth but it’s seriously gone down hill this year. Takes too long to dispense approved prescriptions so you have to keep going back, staff keep you waiting to be served whilst chatting amongst themselves and meds are forgotten. The only good thing now is the easy parking.

   I have just been in whitefield pharmacy (16th November approximatley 13.30). I asked the counter assistant for my prescribed medication which i ordered a least three weeks ago. She told me they were unable to give out any medications for at least 15 mins as the pharmasist had gone out!!! medication which has been dispensed and placed in labled bags does not need a pharmasist to check with the customer their address and name, the pharmasist does not need to be on the premisses for dispensed labled medication to be handed to the costomer ! This is the role of the counter assistant . If the the counter assistant can not be trusted to give the costomer their medication they need a lot more training.

   Terrible. Promise they can fill your prescription then fob you off when they can't. I trusted them for much longer than I should. I've now gone to one of their competitors who stand by their guarantees and can provide what I need when I need it instead of the bits of meds from my prescription they can provide and having go back again and again to fill one prescription which is a pain, literally in my case and something I can do without. A shame because the staff are really helpful and Whitefield needed a good pharmacy which they were once upon a time but is a fairy tale nowadays.

   This pharmacy, in my opinion, is the best in Whitefield. All prescriptions are dispensed on-site, so there’s no waiting around waiting for prescriptions to be returned, as is the case with other numerous pharmacies. If they don’t have your medication in stock then it is ordered for next day delivery, meaning you aren’t waiting long for your items and ensuring you don’t run out of any medications. The pharmacy itself is very clean and organised and the staff….. well the staff are second to none. They go out their way to make you feel like you’re their most important patient. All the staff are very approachable, always smiling and polite and they all know you by your first name, which I feel makes things more personal. Hadge, the owner, always has time for you and he will do his upmost to sort out any problems you maybe experiencing. His knowledge is something else and he always has a good stock of off the shelf items and he is always willing to help, and if need be he has a room if you are concerned about privacy which his customers are more than welcome to use, should they request this. I will always use whitefield pharmacy for my prescriptions and they are always my first point of call for anything else I may need, from personal hygiene products right down to make-up. A massive 10 out of 10 from me and no need to change anything. Keep up the good work everyone, you really all are appreciated.

   I would like to say a massive thank you to Sam who made sure my tablets were delivered to me last week. You went above and beyond for me ensuring I had the medication in time . ( it meant a lot.) so again a massive thank you.

   Been going here for ages now and the staff are really lovely and know you by name. My regular prescription never gets delivered on time (apparently it's my GP's fault) HOWEVER, it never actually became a problem because they always give me medication they have in stock themselves so I don't skip any days I should be taking my meds until my prescription arrives. Very clean and organised. Need to admit the helpful staff really are the highlight!
