   I went today to fulfill a prescription that was unable to be fulfilled by regular pharmacy. I had spoken to them on the phone and they'd told me they had it available and they could do it no issue. When I arrived, they told me they could not do it as I was not a regular customer and told me to be able to help, I would have to change my nominated pharmacy to them and in convenience myself to get all my other medication. They had the stock and refused me medication I have been prescribed by a GP because I was not a regular. Disgusting

   I keep returning for convenience but really is the worst customer experience every time. Staff are typically rude - completely disinterested and vacant. I really think most of them should just leave and pursue other careers as they’re clearly not happy. General experience is - being ignored, take an absolute age to get your packaged prescription for no apparent reason, prescription is often not ready as they’ve not ordered stock in, don’t listen properly so give you the wrong answer and/or have to repeat yourself multiple times. I’ve no clue why they routinely have your prescription from the doctor for a week or so, yet wait for you to collect and then say it’s out of stock and they need to order it in and you have to go back - why not just order it when they receive the prescription script? It’s just a painful and unpleasant experience every time.

   Staff are lovely and always willing to go above and beyond in helping with any queries/issues you may have. I have personally had issues with prescriptions from the doctors and the staff were more than willing to help resolve the issue.

   Work has been very badly organized for 3 years. I have been ordering medicine there every month for 6 years but for the last 3 years it is an eternal problem every month you can't call to renew the medicines when you call, they are never there to pick up medicines for a given day and time prepared And you have to wait And tragic service will never put meds as they informed me and the meds will be available for pick up. That's how it is every month Stress and nerves every month. In this month I was without meds for 3 days because they forgot to place an order with the doctor. Tragedy in this pharmacy and no responsibility.

   They keep saying they haven't got the prescription and then the Dr has to be contacted. It's happened 6 times up to now and they won't be persuaded that it is there. Someone needs to organise themselves

   Attended Pharmacy today for a Covid Autumn Booster. I was seen and attended to by a very nice lady whom gave me the Vaccination virtually within 5 to 10 minutes. The premises were very clean and I was treated very nicely indeed . I will undoubtedly use their services again and highly recommend them . 5 Star treatment *****

   Really efficient and friendly. While I was there some crank came in ranting and raving about vaccinations which must be difficult to deal with. Iam proud to live in a country that you can get a range of adult and childhood vaccinations by walking into a pharmacy at the end of the street.

   Outstanding service every time. Staff are always welcoming, helpful beyond the call of duty, professional at all times and the store is always clean and well presented. The Pharmacists and junior staff are always pleasant and have always been extremely helpful even throughout the pandemic and lockdowns. My Pharmacy of choice and have nothing but praise and admiration. Thank you to all at Barash Pharmacy
