   Always had good service from the staff here. Sorted my prescription quickly this morning, answered the phone when I called to see if I could collect and told me it would be ready within the hour and it was ready half an hour after I called them. Always polite staff.

   Was in here recently to pick up a prescription for my mum. The staff were incredibly friendly and the medication was available to pick up almost immediately. I had a query about one of the new medications within the prescription and the staff were on hand straight away to explain dosages and potential side effects. Extremely professional and friendly atmosphere.

   Lost my sons prescription which he needed. Asked for own brand calpol as its cheaper got in the past for 2 pound got charged 7 pound, left the shop went back in to question it got told I was lucky last time as it must if been mistake. I paid more for a smaller bottle than a large bottle of calpol. Will not be attending again and judging by other reviews there needs to be a large shakeup

   This place is absolutely shocking , it's gone so down hill in the last few years There prices are all messed up , I needed spray for my son's sore throat, £5.99 took it to the till , £6.49 , I told the lady behind the till ,she checked it and said she didn't know what to do , after a lot of faffing around they where going to issue a refund to my card , I told them I need it and just too give my 50p change back , Nope couldn't even do that , Who's actually running it because the staff haven't got a clue And if they do that on all there prices they are scamming people out of money too. Davey chemist on the main road ,they are always kind friendly and professional

   My mum is new to the area and obviously to the pharmacy. Never a smile or any form of acknowledgement as you enter the shop infact they pretend they haven't seen you . When they can be bothered serving everything seems to be a big problem for some reason ,repeat prescriptions take 5 days , everywhere else it's 48hrs, then nothing ever seems in stock , no apology no reason , how these people keep their jobs is beyond me, they obviously don't like serving the public so go find another job but then of course in a new job you might not be able to pop outside around the corner smoking .Horrible , nasty , unsympathetic staff , whoever is in charge of this business needs to take a long hard look at who they employ or give training on people skills .

   Been waiting over 2 weeks for a prescription to be delivered and also the service is shocking and no one answers the phone, so can someone explain why they have a landline and also when you go there they are all chatting away in the back and takes around 1 hour to get your prescription or they tell you oh no we dont have that in shocking service

   This is a poor service. Never answer the phone, prescriptions take days to sort. The DR’s are so efficient but this pharmacy lets them down massively. The purpose of the phone number is to save people a journey out to see if their prescription is ready… answer the phone!!!!!!!!!

   My doctor sent mine and my husbands repeat prescriptions over on the 11th of February. It’s now the 18th and still nothing, I’ve rang than 32 time this morning alone to no avail. Bloody disgusting service from a pharmacy
