One particular member of staff made racist comments and told me to 'go back to where [I] came from'. Her father (not a member of practice) is routinely at the pharmacy and allowed to enter back of pharmacy breaching patient data protection, joined in with raciat and abusive behaviour on that day. Other staff said nothing. Witnessed staff disrespect and lie to elderly vulnerable customers. Undermine and belittle patients. Medication often unavailable or incorrect when dispensed. Terrible service. Complaints to managment and head office are not taken seriously as racist and abusive member of staff still works there and no improvement in service on shop floor.

Well is a pharmacy like any other I have been to. The staff are nice, although service is slow - there seems to be a lot going behind the scenes that takes priority over customers in the store. I don't believe this pharmacy is as lowly rated as the reviews suggest. I believe they are simply very busy people! Despite waiting times I've never had an issue here. As customers we need to be patient and understanding.

This is the worst chemist I have ever used. The staff have no customer care skills at all. Prescriptions are always wrong, they do not answer the phone. Avoid if you can. Doesn't even deserve one star, would have given it 0 stars if I could.

The phone has not been working for months. The staff say issue with the system. They have never had my scrips ready when I have been in. And leave you waiting I know for fact that the last one sent to them they had for 4 days and still not ready. I will not be using them for future medicines.

The negative reviews of this place are spot on - absolutely appalling. Several time messing around in the back gossiping whilst a queue of people waits. The (very nice) locum pharmacist wasn't able to sell me an item off the shelf so called a boy in the back to help me. I could see him on his phone in the back and he actually kept retreating to the back after serving each customer. Lazy and incompetent. I eventually had to ask the pharmacist to go and get him to complete my transaction as he didn't bother to appear and I needed to get back to work. Don't waste your time - go somewhere more professionally run.

Rude. Dismissive. Ignorant. Absolutely ZERO patient confidentiality. And never have repeat prescriptions ready. In 25 years of having a chronic condition that requires regular prescriptions, this is hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever used. What's a shame is that before the first lockdown it was pretty good. What has happened!?!

Shame on them. They repeatedly violate the care of patients by refusing to answer the phone making people at risk have to travel to the store first to find out that they donβt have the medication and secondly to tell them to release the prescription back to the spine as they cannot for fill it. The first time I told them they had not answered the phone and said their must be a problem with it. They then showed me the phone worked by calling it themselves. They then didnβt answer from ten mins after I was in store until the 2 hours (and 50+) calls later when I re-entered the store to tell them to release my prescription. In times of covid19 and as a person at risk I think putting patients at risk by not answering the phone on purpose is unforgivable.
