I have tried to contact the company on several occasions. Ordered trainers 9/12/2022 and still not arrived. Requested refund- no reply. Have reached out on social news is and emails and attempted to call. Now I am going via training standards to try and get a refund. Needs 0 stars!
I've ordered several products from this company and at different times over the 5 month or more. The prices are good for the quality products that they provide, and the items always ship fairly quickly and arrive in good condition. I couldn't ask for anything more! I have and will continue recommend this company and their products to others.
Unfortunately my review is the same as many others, this company appears to be a fake company set up mid 2022 to scam thousands of people just before Xmas. I ordered £189 trainers end of December but I’ve had no update on my order and no response to my email nor a response to my contact us form and no one answers the phone and I’ve tried numerous times. I’ve had to do a chargeback with the bank to get my money back. The bank was great, refund received within 24h. My tracking information still just says ‘order placed’ so I’d avoid this company if I were you.
Absolutely legit! Other sellers have sent my knock off versions but this seller has sent me twice now 2 different authentic Jordan's! And exactly as advertised and as purchased THANK YOU FOR AWESOME CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR OUR KIDDOS!
