“I called up Adam and his sales director Jeremy three weeks before coming over from Belgium for a London weekend with some ideas on what I would like for two suits, asking if they would make any adjustments in a short time. Protests in London meant I could only reach them for a first visit on the Sunday, but by Monday early afternoon, not only had they helped select the perfect two tailored suits I needed, they had also adjusted them, made to measure. She made us feel really welcome and had a thorough consultation asking my mum exactly what she wanted in a shoe. Any time a shoe wasn't quite right she knew what to do to solve issues.
