   Absolute disgraceful service they never answer the phone staff unplug phone so you can’t get through I needed urgent prescription but couldn’t get in touch had to travel down to be told prescription wasn’t ready this place is a shambles and a waste of space

   I posted the review below a few months ago. Now they are closed all day on Saturday! It's so unfair on people who work all week and cannot get there before closing Monday to Friday. I will have to use another pharmacy for my prescriptions. Dropped my rating from 4 to 3. Very helpful staff. It would be better if they were open all day Saturday, so people who work have more opportunity to go there.

   Never experienced poor customer service and process like it in any business. Do not use them, use Tesco pharmacy who can actually get your prescription ordered without you having to ring them because.... and wait for it "they are too busy". Then to call and be put on hold for 20 mins, then call back and told "sorry I forgot about you, you know how it is".... Shocking Shocking Shocking, Lloyds should be ashamed and sort this place out. The amount of times our sons important prescription has been late is a joke! Awful! Only 1 star as I have to tick it, but really ZERO stars.
