The woman pharmacy work told me on the my medication is reading 2 pick in 15mins. I av GT Der n she jus lied n dat dey cnt despence it. I ad a stroke in may n cnt walk like I use 2. Wn I GT 2 pharmacy she was smirking n laughing at me. So she as lied on the phone n jus wanted 2 play games n laugh at me.
Just came in for a blood pressure check following some concerning readings on my own machine. The lady put me at ease and showed me how to use my own properly. Although my bp is slightly high it is only by a small amount and she gave me lots of advice and put my mind at ease. I wish I remember her name to name her personally but thanks!
Visited this morning (a Saturday) to have a consultation with the pharmacist in a very narrow window my daughter was attending gymnastics as it has a pharmacy first scheme and helps with 111 responses so felt like the best choice for a condition I really needed looking at. I was told 10m on arrival. 15 minutes waiting, I was told "sorry about your wait" and on more probing the pharmacist was apparently at the post office over being available to his patients. I had to leave after him being absent for 30m to collect my daughter.
Brilliant pharmacy, fast helpful, reliable service. I'm super impressed by the turn around time for ordering repeat prescriptions. They are ready to collect on the day or within 24 hours which is excellent.
I used to find this pharmacy efficient, friendly and provided an excellent service, but now I find it just the opposite, in particular when it comes to home delivery. This week there was a failed delivery, because of a hospital appointment. I rang the pharmacy to request a delivery the next day , I was told that it would be delivered the next day, Wednesday, but it didn't arrive. I rang this morning but was told that the driver had already left and I could pick it up today or have it delivered tomorrow, which is no good because of another hospital appointment. I can't pick it up today because of waiting for the district nurse and I don't know anyon
I have been on hold for over 45 minutes. I was told i am the 1st in line on the call for the whole time ive been on the phone.
I have been getting my prescriptions delivered from Radcliffe Pharmacy for a few years. Whenever I ring or call in the staff are always helpful and pleasant.

I have never been to a pharmacy of this standard ever before in my life. Respectively, this visit was quite life-changing for me, and I will never look at medicine the same way ever again. I have to admit, Kohli Saab. was quite the gentleman, he treated me with utmost respect. In spite of this, Mr Iqbal's service is unrivalled, to the extent that I sat down and had a cup of tea (or 'chai' as they call it) with him. I will come back.
