Absolutely terrible service. Meds never come on time, they don't even contact you to let you know what's going on. I've been waiting for controlled medication for nearly 2 weeks. I've been without this medication for a week and they haven't even bothered to contact me to let me know of the situation or to see if I wanted to take my prescription elsewhere. I use this pharmacy purely for the convenience of it being below the doctors but I will be changing my pharmacy now.

I have always used this pharmacy due to its convenience, being directly beneath the doctors surgery.. it has never been a great service but I carried on using it regardless. After my latest experience I have already changed my preferred pharmacy online. I was sent a prescription urgently from The Christie to my doctor on a Friday after a pre op appointment as I was preparing to have surgery early the following week. After rushing down to the center to get my medication, I gave the prescription to the lady behind the counter, who told me "It's not here. It's with Well2U. There's the number. Ring it" With a number to call scribbled down. I proceeded to explain I need the antibiotics urgently and they were sent straight down from the surgery could she please check again. The lady wasn't bothered at all, even though she could see I was obviously flustered and worried and in all honesty not at all well. I got home. Rang the number. In a queue for an hour to somewhere in Leeds. Only to finally hear back to be told my prescription is at Well pharmacy. Radcliffe. Time is now 6.35. Pharmacy is shut. So I'd like to tell that rude lady she helped towards me having 2 blood transfusions and 2 days in hospital arriving home i got a text to say my tablets are ready.. A total bismal. If you have absolutely no empathy, why on earth would you work amongst public who are poorly, worried and maybe trying to get through each day clinging on by fingernails.. I'd rather drive to the other side of Manchester than use this service again.

I attended by request of my friend PH the pt all the way from Manchester to Radcliffe to collect a ppn, as the driver was off sick. I entered waited my turn, served and asked name and address of ppn, provided the details. When the burgundy haired worked, checked computer, she said they had only received it now. The problem with that lie, is the patient PH disabled with cancer, called that morning and was told driver was off sick and he would have to collect. He asked me and I drove up from Mcr to Radcliffe. The lie was defended by all 4 women in the shop, they workers wanted know if he STILL NEEDED DELIVERY! I heard one worker say 'we'll take him off deliveries' as a punitive measure I believe. The ppn was not ready, I didn't mind waiting, but the lies and rudeness is something I've come to expect in places like this. I called PH and explained the unnecessary drama. 4 workers defending their position when someone told PH he'll have to collect. I told them they was rude, they called me rude... He spoke via my phone to 'mngr', she was no manager due to her escalation of the situation. The pharmacist said absolutely nothing. I waited for the ppn which took about 10mins. I have encountered poor service in nhs but this is in the top 10. Ppn was issued Mon 4th attended Wed 6th. PH is unwell and chose that pharmacy for 'delivery', but the service is punitive shaped by power from unprofessional staff. 0 stars if was possible.

Went here on Thursday to pick up my daughter prescription and the pharmacist was very rude a liverpudlian gentleman he shouted out my daughters name then said tonsillitis really loud . Not professional at all good job she didn't had a scabby bottom or something more serious. I asked about my medication I had previously got but he didn't seem as if he could be bothered and was not happy in his role . Very poor customer service not interested in helping . Hope he's not there again shame on you .

Never answer the phone. Waited over a week on a number of occasions for my prescription and had to do without one or two for a few days. Sometimes they do not have an item in. Customer service is not the best! I'm changing my chemist.

A terrible service they never seem to be staffed appropriately The pharmacist has an extended dinner in a Friday which is unacceptable with no cover in place to access a pharmacist for hours in end every single Friday The staff never answer the phone a very poor pharmacy service indeed

Excellent Pharmacy. The staff are attentive and very friendly. I ordered my prescription then collected the next day after receiving a text to say it was ready. No hassle. Would definitely recommend.

I wouldnβt even give one star. This pharmacy is absolutely shocking. I never leave bad reviews but I am doing to try and help others and in the hope they wonβt use here as it causes nothing but stress. They never have medication in, even when prescriptions go in days earlier and you go to collect it 3 days later they just say what you need hasnβt arrived. In my case my babies milk and when you say oh great she has none left (hence me being organised and ordering it days in advance) they couldnβt care less. The staff are so rude itβs unbelievable, they speak to you like rubbish and donβt even acknowledge you when you go in. They also canβt be bothered to read names correctly on the prescriptions so they just call out mispronounced names. I have changed all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy so I will never set foot in here again. Maybe the staff need some customer service training or should just get jobs which arenβt customer facing.

My friend and her husband visited this pharmacy for the intention of having his 4 covid vaccine .When they booked in they were told that they had ran out of the vaccine and that was all the receptionist said my friends had tried to explain that they had an appointment but the receptionist was not listening to them she wasn't very helpful and she very rude . The receptionist just walked away and was muttering under her breath .They came all the way from bury Town center and felt very disappointed that the appointment wasn't cancelled before they set off from home . They won't be going here again .Their time and money was wasted .
