Not all of my original order was delivered to the shop,but I got the main thing I needed. I was asked if I wanted to reorder the brackets,but I said I might be able to make do with what I have at home. Served quickly.

Dean was very rude tried to take my phone out my hand to do a review for himself after saying no 3 times to a pen I felt pressured to buying one. Do not think I will be coming back.
Matteo has been outstanding in his service. I found him very dedicated to his work & highly professional. I had no idea about the products ( being female) my handyman asked me to buy. Matteo was extremely patient and took me through the products showing me pictures on line and explained me in detail regarding these. He went out of his way to advice me the products I should buy for the work needed. His explanations were great and easy to follow.
I purchased some sceptre wood screws which, despite using an impact driver would not drive into the timber. The quality of the screws wasn’t good so I took the box back to Tool Station. I asked for a credit note as the product wasn’t fit for purpose. When I purchased the screws (at a cost of around £40) the cashier didn’t record the sale. I was ‘checked out as a guest’. Consequently, the store would not accept the return. I’m now left out of pocket. My issue is attitude of the store manager who seemed keener not to help than actually resolve the situation. It was my issue that the sale had not been recorded onto my account. Several screws (which were individually counted) were missing with the assertion that I had completed the job and was trying the return the unused screws. I’ve found screw fix have a great return policy and will be moving my business there.
