Staff are too busy talking about holidays or what they are doing at the weekend instead of serving customers. Took 45 mins to get a prescription that was sat on the shelf in store.
I rang In the morning enquiring about the no appointment process was told just turn up so I did but was told the wait was 15 mins I waited over 30 mins outside in the rain with a baby and a dog it was because I had the dog I had to wait outside which is fair enough. But I was disgusted there was no sign of any urgency 2 girls were so lovely and waited outside with the dog for a short while, im pretty sure I would still be there now If i hadn’t have complained and left - the no appointment system clearly doesn’t work at this pharmacy I
If I could leave no stars I would, refused to fulfil prescriptions because not enough money in for them. No other reason just greedy.
Incredible service. Months ago I used to dread going to Cohen's. The queues were backed around the shop and the staff weren't very helpful. The girl that now works on the counter ( dark hair and piercings) is unbelievably good. So quick, pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work.
Quick and easy for prescription
I want to thank all the staff and Junaid Khan for the excellent service. I went into the chemist because I was shaking and feeling sick. They done a excellent job I thought my blood sugar levels had dropped. They went above and beyond to help me
Always have the phone off the hook, so if you want to know if your prescription has arrived, you have to walk 2 miles, and queue for half hour, to be told NO??
Great staff. Always go the extra mile to help with our prescription deliveries. The delivery driver is also extremely friendly.
Was in traffic for 2 hours from Ashton and was going to be too late to pick meds up so staff took them over to the docs surgery, who were open later, so I could still get them. Helpful and caring.
