   I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my prescription for ocular hypertension. I was only given drops for dry eyes instead of my essential latanoprost medication. When I called to query this, I was told they were already aware of the issue but failed to inform me—despite having three working days to do so. They blamed the Easter holidays, yet I pointed out that Wednesday, Thursday, and the following Tuesday were available for communication. To make matters worse, the blame was shifted to a locum pharmacist, and when I asked why no one contacted me, the response was, “We thought you knew.” This is completely unacceptable, especially given the seriousness of my condition. I was left without the correct medication for 7 days, potentially putting my eye health at risk. This level of negligence and lack of communication is simply not good enough.

   Put a prescription in a week in advance no matter what you need. And still they won't check anything, from a basic question to checking medication for any of my family members who have been quite poorly. I've now took my own services else where. And won't be returning.

   I have just come home from a NHS first consultation with the pharmacist. He asked me a few questions, didn't look down my throat and advised me to gargle with salt water , take ibuprofen and use a throat spray. I have already told him i felt really unwell, my glands were very swollen and I had been suffering with a cold over the past week, I was also hot and sweaty. What a waste of time, I thought they were supposed to at least take a look at your throat and if needed give medication that you can't Normally buy over the counter. Won't return for a check here.
