   Absolutely awful prescription service. After they receive they electronic prescription from your doctor's it takes them forever to actually get it ready. They are either desperately understaffed, extremely inefficient or both.

   I went to collect a prescription that had been sent in days earlier, only to be told I had to wait because the pharmacist was in a consultation. No clear timescale, just “could be a few minutes, could be a lot longer.” After 15 minutes the pharmacist didn’t even sign it, just told the technician to issue it. People don’t come for prescriptions for fun , they come because their health depends on it. Poor communication, no urgency, and no supervisor available. Very disappointing service, I’ll be using home delivery from now on.

   Staff needs to be more helpful. If I am asking a pharmacist for help its not because i am lazy but I am not sure what I should get. I dont want to hear “go there and look for something with this ingredient and then gives me some hard bum name to know or understand ” like common. They should be there to help.

   Extremely rude pharmacist and poor service. The customer behind me said she was going over to Tesco. When I said to the pharmacist that I would not just ignore customers, she said 'well I can'. Apparently she can do whatever she wants, total lack of customer service skills. She could have just said to customers in the queue that she would be with them shortly. I too went over to Tesco pharmacy. Staff were great, friendly and quick service.

   awful service. the staff is rude, went there to pick up a prescription and they had two records for my name, waited patiently for them to sort the prescription out which was unready even though, had been sent of from the medical surgery days in advance. However , this whole experience was made even more unpleasant by the poor , hostile attitude of the staff extremely unhelpful and overall just lazy , standing around chatting away and unresponsive. definitely a more hassle free experience with other better pharmacies like tesco
