   If I had the option would give this 0 star rating. Absolutely disgusting service and poor excuse of a pharmacy. The staff are rude and very unprofessional. On the 04th Nov 2025 my 7 year old daughter had been prescribed antibiotics for a water infection I came to this chemist to get my daughters medication all was well and was given the medicine. Four days later on the 08th Nov 2025 after been giving my daughter this medication I noticed on the box of the medicine the expiry date said “dec 2024” so I checked the bottle which had the same date. I rang the pharmacy to explain the medicine was out of date and she told me “it’s only November” yes November 2025 I responded! She laughed and told me how her “head was all over the place and to go in after 1:30pm” so I did and they seen for themselves they had given me out of date medicine for a child! They had no idea what they was doing or what to say, at first was going to give me my prescription to go to another pharmacy to get in date medication which obviously would not be able to happen as it had been signed 4 days before by them that they have given me the medicine! The women wasn’t very apologetic and got the man to do all the talking, they was both whispering to each other and in the back on the phone to the manager! Then they decided to ring all pharmacies in the area and went to collect a new in date one and give that to me. Absolutely disgusted with the way they acted and what they have done, I have took pictures off proof of the out of date medicine and with the date they give me the medicine signed and have reported them further as this is not acceptable for anyone at any age especially a 7 year old little girl! Will never return and will warn others too!

   Disorganised dispensary. Pharmacist treats everyone like scum. Staff, Patients, even the delivery drivers get barked at. There's no privacy if you have a concern, consultation room is out of order and she can't be bothered to get up. Prescriptions take weeks to get done. Building in obvious disrepair. No one looks happy to be there, disgusting.

   Main/head pharmacist is rude and has a chip on her shoulder, apparently. Not a good look when you're representing the NHS. Do not recommend

   My daughter used this chemist tonight and left in tears . After handing in her blue prescription the rude staff decided to treat her like she was a thief and embarrassed her in front of a shop full of customers because she has an addiction . My daughter is no thief and has put her soul into getting her life back the way she was treated was disgusting and I intend to make a formal complaint.

   Shortish, white woman with brown hair was quite rude. Interrupted me when was discussing a medical issue which the pharmacist then told her off for. Bad experience but otherwise good pharmacy.

   Complete waste of time as I have requested a call on numerous occasions for when my priscription is ready to collect but it never happens, when I complain I just get told it's because they've got five staff doing the scripts.

   If I could give a 0 I would. Didn't have full prescription in, they said no problem, will deliver on Tue. I phoned up on Tue, still no stock. OK, they can deliver on Thur. Waited in all day. Nothing. Waited in Fri, again nothing, not even a phone call. Had to take a trip in to town to get it myself. After a 10 minute wait whilst they found my prescription all I received was a shrug and a sorry. Should have gone to Boots in the first place.
