The best fast serving pharmacy in Bolton, All staff both in store and in the back were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and were very attentive. Store was clean and all questions were answered perfectly. I truly appreciate the advice, help and service the staff all provide. Very reliable, efficient and customer focused. Disgusting behaviour from this Pharmacy. They do not understand patient consent. They rob the patients of all other pharmacies and nominate everyone without consent. They have done the same to my family and my friends and when you ring them to return the prescription to the spine they refuse. The owner has no morals and will do anything for money. I would not trust my medication from these people, all their staff are trained to steal other pharmacies nomination and if a patient has ever come to their pharmacy even as a one off this pharmacy will nominate them without asking and never let them leave. They know nothing happens when they are reported so I think the next stage has got to be naming and shaming them and their staff all over social media with evidence of their actions. They have prescribers working in surgeries that are also doing the same thing, sending patients to them without their consent. Stay away from this pharmacy. The only one in Bolton who is doing this.

Worst and Pathetic customer service. First they make you stand for half an hour and then they will tell you the person who does r The tray or checking the medicine is not in right now so you have to come back later on after 1-2 hours at their convenience. There were enough people working but no one is responsible for anything they just throw the work so each other and then tell you to come back with impolite manners and with rudely asked you to come back later as the person is not in and it's not their responsibility so you have to come back later If you picking up the medicine please take more than one hour or get ready to visit in the morning and in afternoon again so that you can get your medicine.

Nominated me without my permission from the GP and didn't bother to tell me to pay my prescription so I had to go back two days later to avoid the risk of getting a fine.
Excellent customer service overhaul,very friendly,polite staff, especially pharmist called Naeem very kind and helpful with good professional advice,very efficient,spot on repeats with reminder and delivery.Thank you.
