   Waited for my Covid jab for ages . They had over booked . A lady came in and she wasn’t on the list. Said she had booked. . They said she would have to wait and they would fit her in. They fitted her in before me and three other people . Wasn’t happy . I won’t go there again .

   Shortly after 2pm today I went to pick mine and my husbands regular prescriptions up. After giving our names (same surname) the assistant found my husbands straight away. I was then asked to write my name on a piece of paper, I couldn’t be found on the computer, at this point the piece of paper was passed to the dispensing team who told the assistant where to find my prescription, she then wrote the shelf numbers on a piece of paper. I was also was asked if I have had my prescription from there before to which I replied yes for the last twenty years, then I was asked my date of birth. This was my second visit as I was told my prescription had gone to the hub. Today when I finally got my prescription one medication dispensed from the pharmacy the rest of my medications came from the hub. Not sure why this, but today was an embarrassing shambles, it happens every time.

   If anybody plans to pick their prescription after 5.30 pm while returning from work don't go there. You will definitely have a bad experience .It's wasting your time and spoiling your evening. Even retail stores serves their customers who goes in 1min before their closing time. But here its quite opposite. Some staff members are rude with zero professionality.

   Prescriptions are never ready despite the 5 working day policy to dispense the prescriptions. Staff are rude. Customer service is slow, to the point there queues are outside of the chemist. The administration and protocol to dispense medication is slow and poor. Discrepancies with medication too, the product "looks" sealed but blister packs are missing.

   Jonathan is amazing, always kind always hopeful and cheerful, always in a good mood even if he has a bad day. The blonde girl with glasses not to sure on her name, but she is very polite and very well mannered, n melissa is absolutely outstanding and so is the rest of the staff. Unlike the medical practice you can actually get through on the phone, n they will always take a time out to listen to your needs n comfort you as best as they can. All of you are an absolute privilege to this community and should be v proud of yourselves wouldnt go anywhere else! would give you more stars if i could!☺️
