    Previously rated them 5/5 but recently been experiencing delays and wasted visits, trying to collect prescriptions for my Wife and not being able to, despite being reassured it would be ready to collect the following day twice. Never used to experience problems when we moved to the area a few years ago. Very frustrating.

    I saw Louise, the pharmacist today after a sleepless night due to what I thought was tonsillitis. Louise asked a series of questions, confirmed it was tonsillitis, and was able to prescribe antibiotics. She was so kind and caring (as were the other members of staff) and I am so grateful they provide this service. Thank you Louise and the staff at Boots Bamber Bridge.

I called to ask about their closing hours and it turned out they closed before my shift finished. No fear though, Matthew bailed me out and delivered them to my workplace on the way home.
