   I avoid a particular old woman on the checkout. She accused me of putting a reduced label on . She was really loud when she called a member of staff. It was for chicken and pork but she thought it was just for chicken. Started twittering on about it being the wrong label. She didn't see the pork for some reason. Turns out I was right! No apologies from her. She then proceeded to scan and throw!

   Honestly. I unfortunately have to live near this supermarket that has steadily gone downhill for the last few years. Click and collect due 2.30 to 3pm. Is 16.10 and not ready due to system issues. Understand but no communication, nobody cares, no help from offshore customer services and no help or understanding from the manager/person in charge. Last straw. Now shopping from morrisons an extra 15 mins away but at least they can be trusted.

   I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Asda's home shopping delivery. I placed an order online, expecting a convenient and hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, the delivery didn't arrive on the scheduled day, and I wasn't informed about the delay. When I contacted customer service, I was met with poor communication and a lack of apology. The representative seemed unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. As a result, I was left without essential groceries and had to make alternative arrangements.

   Staff extremely helpful (all six people) from the cigarette counter to the self checkout and Sue at the card section. In locating my shopping bag from which l lost yesterday before l did the actual shopping.The bag holds so much sentimental value to myself.I felt supported by each and all of them.    Not open on time as per advertised. The RollBack prices are not updated while checkout. The staff is admitting that prices are not updated. Need close look out while checkout. Overcharging....

   My wife and I visited Asda Bolton yesterday to do our weekly shop. On arrival at the 1 checkout which had a long queue again we went to the trolly check out I must say this was not a pleasant experience the assistant was not very patient with us and was quite rude I do think some assistance need to remember they are there to help people and not treat them like something under there shoe. This assistant needs retraining. Hi Tasha. Thankyou for reply we left Asda at 8-30 am an Saturday the 4th Feb. It was a lady assistant we had the experience with on the trolly check out. Just think you need to have a word with this assistant to remind her that not everyone is familiar with trolly check outs. Jeff Hartley.

   Visited boxing day morning never seen anything like it people filling there trolleys full of reduced chocolate and biscuits till there was non left for anyone else. Absolute scavangers. This should be limited to so many per person just sheer greed and poor management for allowing it as the same happened last year

   Went to the pharmacy today. All the pharmacist were behind the service area saying they would be 10min. Although l appreciate they are busy l think they could have someone on the counter for people who just want something off the shelf. Not good.

   Don’t shop online and collect in store, every time I have ordered and collected, not once have they gotten my order correct, waited 4 weeks for their Hero dog food in gravy to be finally back in stock because my dog is fussy and won’t eat anything but that, and saw it back in stock a few days ago and immediately ordered it, checkout went smoothly until the following day where they said our order has one substitute, I thought nothing of it but then we brought it back and they completely changed the whole order and gave us the jelly version, which he will not eat. If you do not have it in stock then please don’t put it on the website because now the dog has nothing to eat and I now have to go the next day to return the food, if I were you, I would suggest using a different Asda, not what it used to be. Quite disappointed
