   Incredibly dirty. Tables not cleared and people had tried to clear their own and dirty crockery was piled up at the sugar station. Behind the counter, was very messy. 3 staff working and not one of them wiped up the huge amount of spills. We were taking out 2 coffees and were in there about 20mins waiting. There was a 4th member of staff in a black uniform just chatting at the side of the counter. She was still there as we were leaving. Coffee good as usual but will avoid the Haydock branch in future

   I always order a large mocha from Starbucks through the drive-through, and the service is consistently excellent. The baristas are friendly and efficient, and my drink is always made perfectly. The convenience of the drive-through makes it easy to grab my coffee on the go, and I appreciate the quick service. Overall, I highly recommend Starbucks for their delicious coffee and excellent drive-through service.

   What a lovely evening for me and my daughter! Warmly greeted by Trisha who was very friendly and helpful. Great selection, able to use blue card do great value. Environment, clean, tidy and cosy. Will definitely be returning. Cakes fresh and drinks great with cream and sauce

   Properly awful coffee! Serves me right really, NEVER had a coffee from a Starbucks that hasn't been disappointing ... but I was desperate for my morning caffeine fix so thought I would risk it rather than do without. What a mistake that was. Took one sip & had to pour the entire lot in a drain. It didn't even taste like coffee! ... just a bitter, dark, oily, foul tasting (burnt?) hot liquid. I don't normally buy anything at Starbucks & now I have been quite dramatically reminded why!

   Starbucks, can't go wrong with the product, and there is ample parking and seating available as well as a drive thru. Toilets on site for all genders, and blue light card is taken, for an additional 10% off. Coffee cups, beakers are available to be purchased as a gift, or for your own delights.
