Stop here on my way to or from North Wales. Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Has a gift shop, sells lots if cheeses made on the premises. Dog friendly inside. Situated by the canal with outside seating for the better weather.

Disappointing breakfast really Toast was barely toasted, black pudding was a little soggy, mushroom with the breakfast really should be sliced rather then just a whole fried mushroom, the chopped tomatoes or whatever they are were rather acidic, sausages and bacon was a little subpar, however the eggs were nice enjoyed those, but didn't really feel satisfied or like I'd had a decent meal, still felt rather hungry This is the second time I've been disappointed with this place now, the first time was a few years ago and figured maybe things changed, but this is clearly not the case. Sorry won't be returning

Stopped by after a long journey and what an amazing gem. The star was Emma, who suggested an omelette which was divine along with vege sausages. I was curious to read about the oat cakes, especially in this part of the country and thought I would ask what they were like. Emma, being so kind and generous bought one out for me to try. Such an interesting texture, which was great to try for the first time. I’ll certainly be back.

Only called today to book at table for myself and friends in December. One of our party needs to be sat in a quiet corner. Chose a table and Michelle was very helpful in confirming we could have that table for the times we wanted on the date we wanted. Took a takeaway cappuccino with me which was very nice. Looking forward to our Christmas Brunch in mid Dec.

We called in for breakfast on our way home. It was a Saturday morning and the staff were great, service was friendly and quick and the food was top quality. I will definitely visit here again next time I'm in the area

Went to the Cheese shop to find a variety of products. Pick up 3 different cheeses and waited for a member of staff at the till. It was 5 minutes before they came. We checked our bill on the way out and found that we had been over charged. Returned to the till and we had been charged for an item we had not selected. The staff sort of apologise and gave us a refund. Putting aside these incidents the Cheese was brilliant and I will return but with caution. Calverley crunch is the best cheese I have ever experienced.

Great choice on the menu and at a very good price. There is also a good selection of home made food items to take with you. Definitely recommend a try.
