   Avoid. A few months ago the Practice Manager serving me was lovely and very informative. I rarely ever complain but today I was made to feel like I couldn't afford antihistamines (which I clearly informed were for me) and then she checked if I was buying them for my daughter because I asked for calamine lotion for my toddlers chicken pots. Granted I came in wearing a baseball hat, piercings and some of my toddler daughter's breakfast down my hoodie - don't judge a book by it's cover! My wife heard the complaint call which I put on loud speaker and agreed I wasn't being overly sensitive. The Practice Manager talked over me which shows a complete lack of regard for customer feedback. I was informed by the Practice Manager she was "under a lot of pressure". Zero excuse when it comes to good customer service! Kindness and professionalism is what is lacking here! Also say hello when folks walk into your chemist! Meet and greet is a 1 second job per customer and makes folks feel valued. I hope this is a temporary blip!

   Booked for covid jab online when I got there over 8 people were waiting, some for over 30 minutes. It seems the one person doing the injections was also doing flu jabs and dispensing prescriptions. I cancelled there and then and a very snooty member of staff seems glad to me go. Discussing service.

   My prescription was dispensed on 15th December 2022. At that time one VITAL drug was not available, told it would be reordered. Then told there was a problem with the ordering system and it would be reordered again. Then on the 3rd January 2023 rang my GP spoke to a very kind receptionist who said she would speak to GP and see what was wrong. It turns out there is a MANUFACTURING problem and my gp would prescribe an alternative drug. WHY HAVE I HAD TO WAIT NINETEEN DAYS FOR MY TREATMENT BECAUSE THE CHEMIST CONTINUALLY GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION? We are told to rely on these people to look after us. It is a joke THEY ARE TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY.
