   Terrible service. I left the prescription one week ago and had be told the medicines should be ready on next day afternoon. However, when I asked my family to help me collect it today(after a week), one of the staff said no record on system and the medicines will be ready on next week, total 2 weeks?! So I went to pharmacy to get back my prescription at afternoon. The staff checked for over 10 mins with system and few colleagues, finally she found my medicines from the drawer. I think the staffs should have a well training on system and restructure the logistics on the prescription preparation.
