   Really friendly staff. Needed help choosing a pair of boots and Leah gave me good advice and was more than happy for me to try on several different pairs even though the shop was busy. I was then served on the till by the blonde member of staff who was friendly and I didn't feel rushed. Will come again instead of buying online.

   Emily manager unaccommodating and rude. Doesn’t know store policies. At purchase was refused BlueLightCard discount even though online was offering this and said I would contact head office and soon changed her mind. Was told I could exchange after Christmas as they were a present. On visiting the store to only exchange for another size I was refused and faced with rudeness and not trying to help resolve. And even admitted during that time policies were changing, so shows how unaware of her store polices are.

   Tried to return my shoes as they were falling apart after an hour. Little blonde girl in store super rude and basically said I was being dramatic. Never buying shoes from here again.

   I ordered a pair of trainers a few weeks ago in the store, they were ordered fine. However, the girl was new and had to keep stopping the other girls from talking to get help, which wasn't great. I collected them today, and the attitude from Leah! Oh my goodness. No hello nothing, asked for my order number, and I asked which one that was as I didn't have my glasses. She continued to ignore me and went and got my shoes. I also work in retail and understand the pressures. But to ignore someone like that because you are having a bad day isn't fair, especially when I'm trying to be nice. Will continue to order online instead.
