Good selection of flip flops. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Also told me incorrect information. I was going to buy some shoes from the lakeside outlet but wanted a box for them as they were a gift. The member of staff (Success) told me that I would only get a shoe box for the item if I ordered online. I ordered the item online, did not receive a box and the item was dirty. When I tried to return them to lakeside they would not take them.
