How very rude the staff are. Not even an acknowledgement as I walked in the door. I shall spend my £ elsewhere!! Don't judge a book by its cover!
Lovely staff at Lakeside so friendly and helpful. on Saturday 13th July went to Bromley shop for an xxl tote bag, the lady was so rude and laughed at me nearly, I don’t know if she is ageist as I am only young. I already knew the bag was sold out online and wanted to ask if it was in stock in the shop. The lady dismissed me saying they only have the large version. Went to lakeside Kurt today and lady was lovely she ordered me the bag internally from their website. Thank you.
The sale assistant guided me perfectly toward the best option to resolve the issue I had and the response from costumer service was very fast . I couldn’t thank enough for your help . lakeside Kurt Geiger team where absolutely fabulous in helping me with my matter the assistant and also the manager . Much apreciate . I love the bags and also shoes from them and I am never scared if anything happens to them I will be let down . Incredible customer service received by Hannah at the Lakeside Kurt Geiger store. Had an issue with a faulty bag (bumble bee gem missing) and Hannah has gone above and beyond to make sure it is rectified for me and I couldn't be more grateful. One of my fav store from the many I like to shop in, the staff here are very attentive and very helpful, and always cleaning the shop floor and keeping the display immaculate! Also liked the honesty from the staff that take pride in selling a piece. I didn't catch the ladys name who served me but she was so good. I will recommend visiting this place for great bag and shoe purchase.
