I changed chemist because this one was nearer. Twice I went into the chemist today pick up a prescription. Granted they are busy. Not once did a member of staff ASK me. Despite me standing there on two occasions for 20 mins, on the same day, what flavours I would like re ensure drinks. Bearing in mind I'd already stated to my doctor what I can and cannot stomach. That failed to tell the chemist. Who's fault is that?certainly NOT MINE The gobby woman who not only embarrassed herself but me infront of customers ..you dont demand a customer to drink drinks that she does not like. That is not acceptable. That is medication I need to take and I will not tolerate a member of your staff trying to force these particular drinks on me. And how dare the pharmacist stand there and allow it. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a chemist!!!!! Oh the fact I have an eating disorder you wont be forcing anything on me against my wishes! Disgusted! Thanks to the lady pharmacist for her kind help.
I want to thank every member of staff at Elliott Street Pharmacy. You all treat me with such compassion, respect and exceptional customer service. There’s a lady with short blonde hair who I observe with customers whenever I’ve been there. She is genuinely happy to help and I can tell she loves her job. Today, I was struggling with a cough. She asked me if I wanted a cup of water. This is a kindness I cannot repay and it was much needed at the time. This pharmacy always goes the extra mile as there’s other things they’ve done to support me as a patron, too many to mention on here. I have been witness to staff at the pharmacy being treated with disdain yet they have never lost their cool and have treated the raging customer with respect and courtesy. This is a true gem of a place and I am very grateful for them!
I phoned up for an emergency prescription. The lady on the phone reassured me not to worry and coached me on how to use 111 to send the emergency prescription to them. She was very clear and precise in the instructions. 5 minutes later, I was on my way to pick it up. Worry over! Thank you so much! The customer service is fantastic over the phone and over the counter. I'm very pleased. Thanks again!
Very dependable late night pharmacy that has always got our family sorted out when urgent prescription items are for out of stock or out of hours
Pharmacy open 7 days a week but they don't have any medication to support liver without prescription!!! Very unhelpful stuff as they even didn't try to help :/
