   Rang Friday, someone said they will call me back NEVER HAPPEND. I got a text to say my meds have been returned to the spine... Whatever that means.... I have been without very important medication since Wednesday last week. Missing, anti-depressants, anti-sickness meds and sleeping piils... I am stressed, I am tired because i cannot fall asleep at a reasonable hour without sleeping pills. Have rung up again really dont believe I will get a call back that is why I will be calling every hour today just to get this sorted, By the end of today the whole office will know who I am. That is a promise. I dont make threats only promises... I will call and call and call until I get my medication in my hands.Would give minus 5 stars but wont let me

   I e-mail my husband's prescription to the doctors on 26/09/24 they sent it to cohen's chemist on 27/09/24 10 day later I rang to see why it had not arrived to be told they would send it tommorow if I had non rang would he still be waiting, he is a disabled man who is in heart failure and numberous complaints his meds are needed but Cohens DO NOT CARE !!!!

   I've been waiting a week for medication been fobbed off saying they were ready Tuesday then Wednesday then Thursday going to see if ready today Thursday. I'm without medication for 5 days now. Ordered 7 days ago with GP. I've moved chemist especially as they had to ship mine and my husbands medication to another pharmacy we were told to get them done. If there's no pharmacist then why open!!!! Or not enough staff in general shouldn't be operating as a chemist in my opinion. Edited to say I live in Heywood and it got shipped off from Heywood cohens to Bolton cohens.

   Ramsbottom Cohens are the worst Cohens or even chemist.. they see me and think I look pretty normal but I don’t use them due to the lack of care for someone with ms and low immune who was shielding and keeps catching covid and chest infections so the last place I want to be is in a pharmacist where I could meet unwell people.. they don’t treat people Disabilities equally I think they have to se the disability to care..it’s gone down hill fast since a female left.. shame they need to retrain staff and tell customers they deliver to that they are getting a prescription not expect them to know as mind reading isn’t one of my abilities

   Cohens pharmacy yatton, I have never been treated so badly. Today is the day before Christmas Eve and for the last three days have been chasing a prescription I put in seven days ago after receiving 2 texts and an email to tell me all 8 items were in waiting for collection. I always have to double check that all the items are ready to collect because I have be caught before and when we’ve got there the order has been incomplete. I am housebound and have been waiting for a hip replacement for three years. I also have had a major stroke, so I have to arrange for someone to collect as the pharmacy is around 8 miles from where I live. This morning (day 3) I phoned again to be told no only two items are ready bearing in mind they’ve allegedly been chasing and was told to sort it out myself, Friday the day before Christmas Eve, now if they can’t and at the point I should mention that the are in the same building as the doctors surgery so say six feet away how am I supposed too. So I admit I had very little patience my tone was forceful but I never swore or raised my voice Hazel the pharmacist after I questioned is it okay that I stop taking blood pressure meds blood thinners cholesterol tablets she said no. So when somewhat perturbed I asked what I should do she said in no uncertain terms that it wasn’t her problem and that she didn’t have time for this and put the phone down. I can’t believe she thought this was appropriate. In fact it’s completely unprofessional I have put a complaint into there head office regarding this and advise anyone not to use there services. I don’t think I’ve ever written a complaint in my life but felt this was an appalling way to treat anyone

   After reading some of the articles I have just viewed, all i can say is that I am open minded on the premises at this moment in time as I have come to the conclusion that I cannot say anything bad about the premises but I have to say that I cannot say anything good, about the premises. So I am open minded on the premises at this moment in time. Please find a update when I applied for a full time job via the premises in warehouseing, yet I have to say all the company is prepared to offer was part time cheap labour, then the premises is wondering just why they have bad reviews on line, and possible on site problems as well. And sutch a high level of turn over in staff. But that is my opinion at this moment in time. I have just had the best day ever day so far I have just viewed a job advert for the company, a job I applied for and I was turned down some four weeks ago is now being re advertized on find a job wedsite. This fact tells me that I have been proven correct. The company has major problems with the company.

   After much talking with Cohens H/O, with Gabriella and then on to Mr David Wright, things have finally worked out at the Boston Spa branch who now have a shop manager called Liam. I've wished Liam well with his new role and spoke again with Gabriella, I think it's wonderful that after a short telephone call, all these wonderful changes have now taken effect, it's really lovely to know that you are listened to by a huge Pharmaceutical Group. Most people would think "oh don't bother calling them, they'll take no notice of what you have to say, they're a business afterall", this couldn't be further from the truth. They are excellent communicators, they show empathy and sympathy and it's more than obvious that they care about their customers very much. I've been faithful to Cohens for many years and can honestly say that I will carry on doing so. If you've changed your pharmacy to say, somewhere in Wetherby but live in Boston Spa. Please come back, Liam has only been there a couple of weeks and already there is a vast improvement. I want to say a big thank you to Richard, the driver as well, without whom, none of this would ever have even been broached, let alone sorted. What a brilliant company, you have my vote, you have my faith and you have my trust, always - very kinds regards, Linda Hillion xx
