   Never been so insulted by members of staff at Windle Starbucks coffee shop today Absolutely disgusting levels of service and the company should be ashamed of employing junior staff totally out of their depth Charged me for the first time ever visiting Starbucks across the UK for a Puppacino (75p) Pretty sure I will get no response or apology but will wait and see Junior members of staff also refused to give me managers contact details Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable

   If this is the one nearest to Southern Cemetery, the wifi is appalling, not just bad. you'd think a company like Starbucks would be able to get a fundamental business requirement right, there must be lots of business men who travel into Liverpool, let alone the Saints fans and just want a catch up with their colleges on line, but, on my visits, they always suggest there's a problem and they know about it. well, in this day and age, get it sorted, here's a clue, see what their competitors are offering, much as their own customers might.

   Just called in to grab a coffee to go. Enjoyed a flat white cheers. Car park was busy but store was quiet, served quickly, staff were great. Everything looked pretty clean. Probably the smallest gents bathroom I've ever seen.

   Barista had his hands full, making drinks for inside customers as well as drive through, so we waited quite a while for our drinks. Long enough for our food to be luke warm by the time they were ready. I'm sure it will improve

   I ordered a gingerbread late for nearly 6pound and it tasted like tap water and smelled sewege. When I drove past the next Starbucks in ormskirk I pulled in to return it and they refused and said it wasn't from there shop. Starbucks has horrible customer service for the price they charge needless to say you have lost loyal customer over rude staff.

   great place for a meet n greet .....only had 1 problem ...when they are putting chairs away evening time they push them under the tables that makes the most awful loud sound ...very off putting when trying to have a relaxed conversation ...should dedinately make the effort to lift them off the floor and pushing under the table
