   I had an excellent experience with A3 Appliances. From start to finish, their service was professional, friendly, and efficient. The team was very knowledgeable, helping me choose the right appliance for my needs and budget without any pressure. Delivery was fast, installation was smooth, and they took the time to explain how everything worked before leaving. What really stood out was their customer care they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It's rare these days to find a company that combines great prices quality products, and outstanding service, but A3 Appliances really delivers on all three. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable appliances and exceptional service. I'Il definitely be returning for future purchases.

   DO NOT USE THEM! Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Google needs zero stars because they DO NOT deserve any stars. The 5 star reviews here are OLD so DO NOT use them. Man (white man, no idea his name) walks in with extreme arrogance and attitude, no professionalism, and got told politely to speak in a better tone to which HE shows more attitude and refuses to deliver item and drove off. HOW DOES HE HAVE A JOB HERE !? Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Any response to this review of course will be met with lies as I can already tell, accountability and professionalism is NOT part of their work ethos. STAY AWAY! There are hundreds of BETTER companies worth spending money on than this place.

   Absolute shocking service. Extremely rude people who do not respect others homes and walk in like they own the place. Worst thing, they didn’t even deliver the item they were paid to deliver and just drive off after showing attitude and being rude. Do not use and avoid at all costs!

   Am sharing this on behalf of my parents who took delivery of a washing machine last week from A3. We have just taken delivery of our new Bosch washing machine and had EXCELLENT service. From speaking to Mark in the shop to James and his assistant (sorry I can't remember his name as I spoke mainly to James). Between them they delivered and installed the machine. They were both very polite, efficient and professional and we will definitely deal with them again for our next electrical appliance. So lovely to get proper service when you need it! Our thanks and appreciation to you all.

   The team were helpful over-the phone in getting my order sorted ASAP and delivering to my elderly mother . James was very polite and professional. He installed the tumble dryer for my mother without even being asked to do so . These things don't happen much any more so this service should be acknowledged.
