   Let down by Hood Manor so went to Chapelford, not realising they're part of the same group. I intend changing my repeat script collection pharmacy to one of the others in the area.

   I only give one star because the delivery drivers are lovely This pharmacy can’t provide medication when needed. I stupidly accepted what they said, like there are manufacturing issues etc, until I called other pharmacies that assured me there are no issues. This pharmacy has affected my mental health, obviously they lie. I’ve witnessed others being told the same thing. I now have problems with my womb, because they didn’t give me progesterone They lied that there were manufacturing issues with disulfiram, yet every other chemist was able to get it. I’m devastated and disgusted. I had to chase my medication twice today, it should have been delivered yesterday. I can’t describe the trauma and upset it’s caused me.

   They never have any of my medication in stock. I've had the same medication for a year or so so they should know I'm coming but they still don't have it in. Whilst being in the shop. The staff was telling people they haven't got there medication and it might take 2 days. No one seemed to get there full prisctions. Absolutely poor. I took my prescription back off them and went another chemist.

   Visited this pharmacy today for the first time, I was in the area so it was convenient. Staff really pleasant and helpful. There was a huge queue but all were dealt with efficiently. Unfortunately one impatient customer made a point of complaining loudly about waiting times and systems in place, she was totally out of order as all the staff were doing all they could do under the circumstances. It seems to me that the pharmacy needs more staff but are not being allowed to recruit by the owners of the company, which is a great shame.

   Went in today the older lady with the short hair , I found her rude took about 40mins for my prescription and whispering and questioning all my medication and if I really need them? She is not a doctor and she shouldn't be questioning my medication!! She was rude .

   Sad to say this pharmacy has gone down hill very quickly since Colin the pharmacist left the business. Looking for somewhere else that can complete a pre-ordered prescription in less than 4 days and then they make you wait 20 minutes while they get it ready!

   Transferred to chapelford pharmacy recently, it is outstanding in everyway, not once have I waited for a prescription, always have medicine in stock and friendly staff, just wish I'd have found this pharmacy earlier, well done to you all
