   Worst travis perkins I've been to. Walked in to buy one ballast . Told me at to go back outside to get loaded, no problem. Got loaded came back in to pay. Asked if I had an account but unfortunately I closed it some years ago. wanted £72.00 .did ask them to ring another branch manager but the one girl said no. ( just to verify I'm a legitimate builder who does actually spend money with the company.) They did ask if I wanted to open an account but politely said no. Ended up with me saying to take it back of the truck. Same forklift driver was told to cone me in and put chocs on front tyres to stop me driving off I imagine. Treated like a criminal for asking them to take it off. Definitely the worst experience ever in 43 years in the building trade

   Give it 5 stars didn't deliver there has I had 15'10" trl has all approaches are 15'6" to travis perkins called them and the lady I spoke to advised me that the bridge are 15'6" even the bridge near the railway inn not mark up at all on Google maps so be aware with high trls .thank you
