   It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do. Thank you to all.

The company was friendly, easy and efficient to deal with throughout the whole transaction and the fitters were just brilliant.    I bought a large wooden trellis panel 1800 X 1800. Very good quality! Well made and good price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I noticed they had a large selection of good quality trellis and timber fencing products and also concrete posts and gravel boards. They even do rabbit hutches.

   Don't write many reviews but the service in this place is outstanding. We went to look at some picket fencing as we were unsure on the colours available and knew they only had the brown immediately available however after discussing with the staff what we wanted they had our panels and gates made up there and then and helped to load it all into the car. They aren't like your usual "trade" places where you struggle to get help.... their display was well laid out and easy to go around. Would highly recommend.

Time was taken to understand what I wanted to achieve and then the most suitable products were suggested, measured and invoiced. I advise visiting the depot and see the displays. Delivery was quick and good communication on the day. Top service, top quality products and very competitively priced. I would recommend Worcester timber products to anyone.
