   Staff are amazing, really helpful. Treat every customer with respect, you are not a customer you are family. They know what they are doing. They know their stuff! Haha. If am unsure about something, I can go in and ask them for help. They stop what they are doing (unless there is another family member in the shop) and help. I don't know where I would be without these guys! I always come back. Prices are very reasonable. Cheap but high end quality stuff. I recommend this place 100000000000% every time. All my reviews are 100% true and honest. Support Small Local Businesses.

   What can you say about a hardware shop like Beards. If it's a tool they have it or know where to get it. A family business that is friendly and helpful. It's Ike going back 30 years need more like this in Kidderminster

   Love this shop. Always helpful. Can guess what I want from vague description or advise on what would work better. If they don't have it can often order it in. Know their trade well unlike some of the big DIY stores.

   This place is "Arkwright's from the TV". But in real life. I have never been in there without getting whatever I wanted.... Or it will be there within a couple of days. The staff are fantastic and so helpful and knowledgeable.
