   Two staff to shout out from the late morning of Sat 20th Dec that sounds like the same two that a previous reviewer gave well deserved praise to - I think the brunette barista who was absolutely bossing it on the machine may have been called Ashlea and her lovely colleague on the tills had round-ish v hip glasses. They were an absolutely incredible team, their communication was absolutely top notch with each other and with customers, friendly service, clearly very busy but managing the situation super well. Everyone got their drinks quickly, piping hot, tasted delicious. It’s a challenging busy time of year but these two champs did it with a smile and the speed of service was immense. Congrats!! Well done!!! Keep going!!!!!

   Been here quite a bit recently and it's always very busy but the staff are always lovely. I'd like to point out 2 staff members in particular who I always like to see when I go in. One is the young girl who often makes the drinks. She always reffers to hot chocolate as a "hot choccy" or "Hazelnut hot choccy" depending on what I order. The other being the young lad who is often on the till, don't want to put a label on him but best could describe him is "gay" (I myself am a gay male, so no shade). I think I actually prefer this Costa to the high street ones. Mainly because of how lovely the 2 mentioned are

   Just had the best customer experiance by 2 lads that work here! Even though they were extremely busy they still made time to ask everyone how there day was, didn’t get there names but it was on Wednesday 3/12/25 @ 5.30pm! Hope this messages gets passed on to them! Really made our day!!

   While we were waiting to order, we saw that the tap had been left running unnecessarily for couple of minutes and the staff completely ignored it and didn’t turn it off so we decided to ask the staff kindly to turn it off not to waste the water. Apparently being a responsible customer makes the staff annoyed so the lady said that she would turn it off if that made us happy, as if we were making a fuss. First of all, what’s that sarcasm for and why do you have to be irresponsible about the amount of water you waste?! People kindly remind you of it and the first thing is to get annoyed? In the end, we left the place without ordering.

   This is my favourite local Costa. So glad it's open now. A franchise operation with a rapid footfall for the trains so may have long queues sometimes. Staff are quick and polite. I like to use this place as a quiet place. Highly recommended.
