   I have recently purchased an integrated washing machine with installation and from start to finish the service has been outstanding. They really make an effort to go the extra mile which you don't get with the big corporations. I encourage everyone to really think about where they purchase future products. Independent shops equals the personal touch in addition to competitive prices. Installation team were outstanding and they had some challenges due to my previous machine but nothing was to much trouble for them. Great skill set!!!! Looking forward to my next purchase so thank you Raff Radio. Independent shops are the way to go.

   Ordered a new tumble dryer from Raff electrical and from start to finish have had excellent service. I live on second floor and no moans at all from the two lovely guys bringing it up and taking old one away.    So so happy we have this shop to walk into and they did price comparisons too so we didn't need to drive anywhere else. We have recommended them to all of our family and friends as they are not pushy in selling, have plenty of stock and lots of knowledge. We have a dishwasher being delivered at a time that suits us and we don't even need to fit it! It's all part of the service. Thank you to Debbie and the team.

   I'm not good at shopping, I get over anxious. Went here for new dishwasher. The display ones were over mu price limit but the assistant looked online + found one, once installation + take away old were added, that was. Ordered it Wednesday, got call Friday to sort delivery + it came Monday. Lovely man installed it. Could not have asked for better service. Will recommend to everyone
