Great place, came here for many years! Recently moved back into the locality and paid it another visit! We had a quality coffee using ROA oat milk - lovely - I usually avoid coffee shops using milks like Alpro so this was great!

A really lovely spot that’s perfect for any type of visit — whether you’re meeting friends or family for a good, high-quality coffee, or sitting down to get some work done on your laptop. They offer a wide selection of desserts and tasty food, all at very fair prices.

Place is very busy but we managed to get a table. We were told that service would be a bit slow for food but we decided to wait and we didn’t regret it. Not the cheapest place for breakfast but food was lovely. It is convenient located close to penny lane if you are planning to visit this iconic street for Beatles fans.

A lovely light and bright chilled Cafe that serve truly delicious food!! Wow this Salmon dish I had for brunch was amazing. I asked for a side of olive oil ( bit obsessed) lol. And they were kind enough to give me a little. The place to come to after worship service in St Barnabas Church!! I was served by a lovely gentleman named : Andrew, and the lovely staff are hard at work making this place amazing. The other staff members are: Eirka, Finn, Bob, Lucy! The A Team!!

This cafe is right next to Penny Lane so it gets crowded fast. We pretty much had to DIY to clean up the table and get the missing cutlery ourselves. Coffee was okay, nothing special. The soup was okay... though the grilled bread provided a nice touch to accompany it. The sausage roll on the other hand was great - lots of yummy filling.

Used to enjoy it here as they serve decent coffee and have a nice selection of cakes, lovely sausage rolls but prices have increased (understand this is everywhere) but inside is grubby now and staff really not interested in keeping on top of cleanliness, toilet was dirty too. General service was poor, staff chatting with each other, ignoring customers and generally unwelcoming. Unlikely to return after recent visit and it was cold too, not enjoyable.

This place is a gem in Liverpool. We were in town for 3 days and came back twice. The food is high quality and the coffee fantastic. Check this one out if you’re a tourist visiting Penny Lane (just around the corner) or as a local.

Penny Lane - Food and coffee are great, I must spend the majority of my pay packet in here. However, I often find the staff quite glum, apart from the jolly Irish man who always asks about your day. And the lovely young lady who recommended a white hot chocolate with hazlenut syrup, as it really does taste like white kinder bueno! Also, the toilets are freezing cold and often dirty. They need replacement toilets ASAP. Rose Lane - Similar story, food and coffee are great but the staff just always seem, miserable? Nevertheless, will still keep coming back as the coffee just isn't the same anywhere else.
