Unless you are there when opening it’s a long wait. Never get one person doing my nails always swapping over. Was charged an exorbitant £40 for build a gel!!! Nowhere in Yorkshire have I seen this price,and they have taken the price list down won’t be using again diffrent price each time for same service!
I have been going her for the past 5 years. The past two times my nails have been left cut, uneven and sore. The first time it happened i told them and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and come back again. The second time i was in so much pain, they even used a solution on my fingers to stop the bleeding but not asking what i was allergic too. I had an allergic reaction to it. Despite telling them in the shop and messaging they haven't done anything about it and i still and to pay full price!
Absolutely amazing! so thorough with everything and spent so much time making sure they were all perfect I’ve had my nails done loads of times before and never have they looked this good!
Beautiful pre-Xmas nails done within half an hour. No waiting this time either which was a bonus. Acrylic tips applied, French manicure and nail art to some nails (approx cost £43. Super strong and have lasted a full 3 weeks. If we weren't back to School and removal, therefore, needed... pretty sure the design would have lasted another week or two. Re-Growth starting to show so would otherwise have required some filler. Super pleased with the service this time. We've been back to have the acrylics removed for £12 and daughter's own nails looking nice and healthy. NB: You must be prepared to wait, we've struck lucky most of the time but once waited almost an hour to be seated - then it took another 40mins to complete. Prices vary but all very reasonable for what you get. Recommend!

As the saying goes 'you get what you pay for' cheap but not cheerful. I have 2 nails bleeding and one nail filed below the nail line leaving it very sore. No attention to detail. Very rough with you. They couldn't understand me so I was unable to get what I actually went in for so ended up with a basic colour as it was just easier. No care or attention. I came away with the acyclic all over my fingers. Had to file down myself as they were too long. I'd recommend paying more for a better service and quality. I definitely will not be returning. Bleeding and sore fingers is not what I paid for.
Not bad the first time I went, shocked at the price but didn’t say anything. Second time was dreadful. Two nails have snapped while on holiday paid £40 for gel powder but the worst bit was I waited from 11 until 1 to even be seen after been told ten minutes every time I asked. Then took 1.5 hrs to complete. Won’t be returning
I tried this place before, I had not very good experience, I decide to came back in case it was a bad day... I had both manicure and pedicure done, it was a bad experience again. I'm not sure either about the hygienic. Sorry, its not for me.
So impressed with the attention to detail with shape of acrylics but no manicure for the price. Also be sure your colour looks as you chose- mine was not!
Love this nail salon. Just moved back to Wetherby and it’s much better than the ones I have used for the last few years. My acrylics are shaped nicely, not too thick and are always finished with a good attention to detail. Reasonable prices (I pay between £15-30 for infills depending on the polish used) and they have an impressive range of colours
