can't you give 6 stars*? I bought a chromed basin waste to replace my old one.. bought the parts from another store only to find .. (after getting everything off).. that my original basin waste is 10mm longer than the usual 80mm ones available.. Tried searching on the net and I find a lot of merchants do not give all of the dimensions of these wastes; only the diameter.. A local plumbers merchant could not help but recommended City Plumbers. I'm desperate now and need the same fitting.. So I went there and got immediate and friendly help.. After only a few minutes (didn't get his name unfortunately) he came back with an identical part. So pleased! Overall a very pleasing end to an anxious moment. I am keeping this place on my list!
Cannot praise Kelly enough. She had the knowledge and experience to help us through the planning process as well as product selection. I must admit the fun had gone out of choosing a new bathroom but Kelly lifted all the stress. We left the store happy with 3d plans and a comprehensive breakdown of costs for absolutely everything we need (and everything was in stock). Highly recommended for quality products at competitive prices. Very satisfied, thankyou.
I have worked with City Plumbing in Minworth for over 10 years and I cannot recommend their services enough. Chris and his team provide an excellent service and nothing is too much trouble. They are always willing to take that extra step to ensure we get the service we need.
I can't fault any of the team at this branch, they all go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are knowledgeable about the products and services. Chris my account manager scores 10/10 for response rates and efficiency. To top it all I enjoy popping into the branch to have a chat and a giggle with the lads :)
