So pleased to see what a fantastic job the new owners are doing. The food was tasty but the service was amazing. They asked if a family with a young child wanted the sausage cut up into bite size pieces they asked if we wanted the sauce in the bottle or in pots to dip. The food was cooked fresh and the icecreams were lovely. Thank you.
Miserable man with zero manners. Poor customer service. No please, thank you or even a smile from him. And please wear gloves or at least wash your hands in between serving customers! Lovely ice cream but this man really has put me off buying from this cafe again.
Nice place for a pit stop whilst visiting the country park. Sells refreshments with some outdoor seating. Parking is free on the street outside or the car park is pay and display. On a weekend lots of motorbikes park at the pub across the road. The tea tasted nice.
Lovely sunny day very few people about. Picked up my little dog, put my head in to see what flavours and was nearly jumped on to get my dog out. Nothing in there, no seating just an enclosed ice cream counter but apparently my dog would infest the place, that was howl felt. I just walked away no business from me. GO TO THE TAP, CHEAPER AND MUCH MORE FRIENDLY.
A sunny bank holiday, time to rake it in or be rude to your customers? Two older staff members just being plain rude to customers trying to give them money. The hotdogs were cold with stale buns and raw onions. On a positive note the location is superb and the ice cream did indeed look lovely.
