   Had the worst customer service ever. I ordered 3 iced americano. But they only made 2. But that was not the problem. The problem was the server name “Wesley” had an unacceptable attitude and said we were all too busy speaking to each other instead admitting that he was wrong. When I repeated said we wanted 3 drinks not 2. Instead of him asking us to pay extra drink that he didn’t charge us. He said we were all busy talking to each other. What a customer service is this? Are you sure you’re in a service business? I had no problem with paying for the drink. But this employee attitude left a bad impression of this Starbucks. I will not return. Hope the management and the corporate will take this matter serious

   A review by my 8yr old daughter… It was pretty loud. Music volume was up. Strawberry drink had very little strawberry flavour. Service was good.

   As someone who works from home full-time, finding a place that feels like a second workspace as great as you all make this place is rare! The team always makes me feel incredibly welcome. They remember my usual drink, greet me with a smile, and genuinely go the extra mile every time I'm in. Working remotely can feel isolating at times, but knowing I can pop in here once or twice a week to reset and recharge makes a huge difference to my week. A special shout-out to Martin—thank you for the great service, for being so friendly, and for always having a laugh. You all make a big impact in a small way, and it's truly appreciated. Thanks again for being such a welcoming spot to work and unwind!

   Currently, for the summer I recommend a cold mocha frapuccino with an additional shot and cream. Perfect for me. In colder weather, I choose delicious mocha with a shot and cream. For me the best coffee. I don't want Costa coffee etc.

   Today I made an order, I asked for a latte with coconut milk of a small size. The woman began to ask something additionally, when I said that I did not understand her, she repeated something to me again very rudely. Then, she moved away and began to say something to the barista. And in the end, I get a large latte with coconut milk. I have never seen such a terrible service before, I was very upset. I was in a hurry and no longer talked about the wrong size of my coffee. Just a spoiled mood for the whole day

   Had coffees and sausage barm cakes which were fine however certain things let them down. I can't speak for the gents toilets but my wife said the ladies left a lot to be desired. The internal layout could have been better thought out. As you enter you fed straight into the exit from the counter.

   OK. Prices still high and a dog had been allowed to sit on bench seating which was covered in hairs. Used place for convenience as we were in the area. Not sure we would return.
