Such a great decor setting the atmosphere for a great meal. The portions are massive. I loved the fluffy pancakes and the maple butter is worth the 50p extra... Do it! Isabel was very attentive without being intrusive.
Big portions and food was all fresh and very taste. Staff very friendly. Will be going again. Sadie was lovely and Chris is a great chef.
Really good find in a great location. We had excellent service from Millie, and I had a gluten free eggs royale, while my partner had the eggs benedict with beef brisket. Fabulous all round.
This was the second time I had visited this cafe. My 17yr old grandson was with me this time. He loved it and so did I. Even though it was really hot outside, the cafe was shady and cool and very welcoming. I had the non meat option called Greenline. Dylan had the Fab Five Freddy. I had a fresh mint tea and Dylan had a cookie dough milkshake. Great food. Great staff. I will definitely be going back.
Decent service, good food, hard to find a spot if you haven't booked, big portions (as you'd expect in an American style place). Eggs Benedict well cooked, hollandaise on the thick side but taste of all components came together. Avocado and eggs, again, well cooked/prepared but was missing some heat. Waffles were tasty, heavier than what you usually find in the UK, could really use the syrup and butter they came with. Good overall as an experience but missing the extra element that will make me want to visit again.
The service was impeccable, but the pancake wasn't great at all. In fact, it was rather disappointing. I ordered Double Dutch Pancake, and it was so dry and the pancake would stuck on my teeth and mouth ceiling. I was expecting a moist pancake, so it was quite disappointing. The place was beautiful and well decorated, especially the ceilings.
Love this place. Amazing North American breakfast / brunch. Really recommend the Bronx Hash and the pancakes - both absolutely incredible. The coffee is pretty good as well. Feels like you're eating somewhere like Twin Peaks.
