   Attend infrequently different staff each time but same terrible service. Take away coffee forcefully thrust onto the counter that milk foam came out of the small hole onto the cup and counter. No apology from the staff member who did it but the other staff member embarrassingly apologised on her behalf. Will walk further to other costas in future.

   I’ve visited this Costa a few times and been disappointed. The staff are nice but have misadvised me about promotions in the past. When I asked about vegetarian options in the breakfast deal I was told there weren’t any. Only after I ordered did the screens switch to show me that croissants and toast are in the deal. I paid significantly more than I would have for food that wouldn’t have been my preferred choice. The cleanliness is not up to scratch. My teapot today was thick with tea residue leaving black bits floating in my green tea, my tray was wet soaked my napkins, and every surface in the toilets requires a good scrub. Aside from this, the building is cold and dark in the back room where the majority of the seating is situated. I find I have a much better time at the Costa at Penny Lane stores or at the other end of Allerton Road.

   The staff in this Costa are brilliant. The only problem is it’s starting to look tired and dirty the amount of flies that get in there I lost count I think they should cover up the cakes and pastries. Again the toilet dryer is not very good and it’s been like that for a long timeas I’ve said before the Staff are brilliant but the people who run this Costa need to look at themselves they have no pride whatsoever in their business.

   I usually enjoy Costa, but this location was an absolute disappointment. The toasty was burnt and inedible, the latte was lukewarm at best, and the whole place had zero atmosphere apart from the women arguing with the staff members.It was honestly uncomfortable to be there—dirty floors everywhere, cobwebs in the corners, and the windows hadn't been cleaned in months. It felt like no one cared at all about the space or customers. Worst Costa I've been to by far. I won’t be coming back!

   Went here with my fiancé and was served by Keira on the day of the parade, I don’t usually post reviews but her service that day was amazing and honestly the friendliest interaction I’ve had with workers in Costa. Was very friendly and very approachable, anything that we needed she was on it. This was our first time in this specific Costa and the experience was great.

   Absolutely miserable service. Took my 95 year old dad in there and asked for a milky coffee. ( not familiar with the different types of coffees available). The sales staff (Lisa) made me a coffee with milk to add. When I asked her about having a milky coffee she rolled her eyes and looked at the other sales assistant. Very disappointed with the service. Seriously we need people who want to work in hospitality to be able to serve with kindness and a smile. Not sassy attitude

   Visited the store today both Holly and Lisa are lovely girls most friendly staff always chatting and smiling with customers and I’m always in here getting my drinks lisa is great at getting the que down and making a amazing drinks always to best standards !! Store always clean and tidy

   Usually understaffed especially as to how popular this place is, but customer service is good, drinks are nice, but some of the food has been left out for too long. Usually expensive, do not order ANY ICED TEAS. I made the mistake of ordering that, tasted like extremely bitter tea, and someone had squeezed in an out of date peach. Food as always is INSANELY good, mac n cheese as well as ham and cheese toastie >>>>
