I was not acknowledged while waiting in the queue, and when I was eventually served by Tily, her conduct was rude, confrontational, and entirely unprofessional. She demonstrated a clear lack of fundamental customer service skills and would undoubtedly benefit from formal retraining. I will not be returning, and I will be taking my business elsewhere — to a place where customers are treated with basic respect and courtesy.
