Called in for a cup of tea and a sausage on toast. Two large cups of tea per pot, and the sausage on brown toast was very fresh & tasty. Staff were pleasant enough and smiled when they took my hard earned money. Just a little treat after a bit of shopping.

Fried and poached eggs are more like hard boiled. Hash browns are super oily caused by oil now being hot enough or double dipping. Just generally no.

Don't waste your Money. Went there just because they had the offer of free food for kids to give it a try. We ordered a full adult breakfast, a portion of fries and 2 Kids MEAL. Paid over £15 cause they never said how to get the free MEAL for the Kids. So much overpriced. Paid for an extra egg that never came, so when asked my plate was taken back into the kitchen and left under the lamp. When come back was cold and the poched egg was then solid as it was cooked under the lamp. Staff totally disrespectful. Never again.

It's always a joy to go in whilst on my walk either with friends or after I've finished work and grab myself a nice, refreshing caramel Latte. Would recommend to anyone whenever they're on their own adventures and want to take a break.

Excellent fish, chips and mushy peas. Batter was lovely and crispy.

So frustrating. Ordered food via Uber and they sent the total wrong order. Absolutely no way to contact the cafe to sort it out - call centre number sends you in circles or cuts you off. So basically I’ve been ripped off for nearly £35. Would have preferred to put no stars to be honest

I am a lover of cafés. Nothing better than sitting back and people watching with a cup of tea and a slice of cake. Unfortunately, this was far from good. Buckle up. Thought I'd enjoy a nice coffee with my breakfast. What I got was burnt bean water. I ordered Mac and cheese which arrived looking as though someone had poked it. Upon tasting, it had no taste. They'd given me Mac without the cheese it seemed. At first I thought I might have COVID, but another sip of burnt coffee proved this wasn't the case. The garlic bread was stale. The salad that came with it was 2 cherry tomatoes and some leaves, which is more commonly called a failed attempt at a garden. My partner ordered a full breakfast. The fried bread was so oily as to be a drink, and they didn't even have the decency to use a flavourful oil. The toast was burnt and uncooked at the same time. The butter for it had someone else's crumbs in it. In summary, for the first time in my life I found myself unable to finish a breakfast which, considering I once finished a burnt carbonised pizza that my father cooked, mainly out of spite, is saying something. 1 star, have had better experiences in hospital, where the food and atmosphere were better.
