I have been visiting this Costa Coffee at Brunswick, Liverpool, for years, and I must say it is the exceptional staff and manager that keep me coming back. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm smile and a heartfelt "Good morning" or "Good afternoon." The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and although the shop may be slightly dated, its consistent busyness speaks volumes about the service rather than the décor... The environment is relaxed, and the team is always busy cleaning and ensuring everything is spotless. What stands out most is the personal touch—they take the time to ask every single customer if everything is okay. People may arrive as strangers or customers, but they often leave as friends... A special mention must go to Linda, the manager, who is simply outstanding in her role. She knows 90% of the people who walk through the door and makes it a priority to check on each one, creating a sense of community and care that goes far beyond expectations. Linda runs this coffee shop with excellence, and her charity work is unparalleled, setting a shining example for others... This Costa Coffee location isn’t just a café—it’s a home away from home, thanks to Linda and her amazing team. They are a true credit to Costa and set the highest standards for customer service. I cannot recommend this branch enough!..

Great stop on a long road between Southport and Liverpool. Sufficient off road parking spaces, friendly staff that acknowledge you as you approach the counter which isn't always the case in some coffee Shops. Quick service and clean toilets. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly customers who smile or greet each other as we do in Liverpool!

Good evening, I recently visited Costa Coffee and had a delightful experience. The latte I enjoyed was absolutely lovely, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and cheerful, which added to the positive atmosphere of the place. While there was a minor disruption caused by some other visitors who were a bit loud and accidentally knocked over some drinks, it didn't significantly detract from the overall pleasant experience. All in all, it was a fantastic visit, and I look forward to returning soon. Best regards,

Coffee was ok but, as usual service was slow. This is NOT down to the staff who work their socks off but, due to the lack of staff there are never enough. I don't think it is very fair to the staff on duty.

Costa coffee is always good, but the manager Karla is lovely and lively and she seems to know the customers and they seem to love her. The new Passionfruit tartan is so tasty, I definitely recommend.
