   We stopped for lunch. We ordered a chicken sandwich and potato jacket with chili. The staff was friendly and quick. Watching the kitchen I didn't see much cooking just reheating. The chicken sandwich was good but spicy and the potato was cooked well. The chili tasted as from a can. The chips were fine. Not sure we would be back.

   Really good breakfast, quick service too, another place a few doors down was advising a wait of over an hour for food. We were in and out of here in about 40 minutes, Very nice Coffee too, friendly staff, great service.

   A little gem. Food was delicious, service was great. Plenty of options on the menu from all day breakfasts, sandwiches, cake/coffee and or a main meals e.g. jacket potatoes + toppings, lasagne, salads etc. My partner had the all day breakfast, myself the soup and sandwich. Filling, tasty and fresh. Couldn't be happier!

   We enjoyed their English Breakfast very much! The sausage was the highlight of the dish as it was so flavourful. The scone was also tasty. We got a table by the water and enjoyed the fresh air out there. Their coffee was pretty good and the service was nice as well. Overall we really enjoyed our breakfast experience there. Will go back if we get a chance to visit Liverpool again in the future!

   Lovely cafe. Stopped in to shelter from the rain, so glad we did. Had hot chocolate and possibly the best carrot cake ever, homemade, moist and utterly scrumptious. Sheer perfection. Husband had choc fudge cake which he enjoyed, but regretted not getting the carrot cake as it was so good. Would like to try lunch there as looked lovely

   We had the mega breakfast (2 of everything) @ 9.75 and shared which made it good value. They happily provided extra plates etc. Hot chocolate with whipped cream was good.
