    Wow, best ice cream ever. Service with a smile too. We had just missed the TV cameras by about 10 minutes. I had the Mint Choc Chip and Lemon n Lime so delicious. Definately recommend if you are in the area, cant wait to visit again !

    It’s really difficult for me to not give Nicholls 5 stars, when it’s been a staple for me as a place to visit since I was a child. I absolutely love going here regularly, moreso since moving to the local area. However, the quality and selection of the ice cream seems to be getting worse, the staff are young girls that feel inexperienced, and with both doors open there isn’t a clear entrance for newcomers so there is a bunched up crowd of people from both ends of the counter when busy. I’ll still regularly go, but I just think it needs freshening up a little to bring the magic back.

    Lovely ice cream and friendly service. There are tables and chairs outside the shop which offer a great view of the Dee estuary and Wales whilst enjoying the delicious ice cream.

    Lovely little place - great service gets really busy in summer but lovely view with some benches down the road. Banana Choc Chip is the best! Can be a little pricey but the ice cream is so nice it’s worth it!

    Every tourist of the area MUST go here! There are so many delicious ice cream flavours to choose from (I had fudge caramel and cinder toffee) and you can go all year round! Also you can sit outside and look at the Marsh whilst you eat your ice cream, a lovely visit!

    One of the best ice cream places on the wirral hands down, I go all the time regardless of time of year or weather. As the outlook is just one of the best over looking the river dee to Wales. I will say tho in the summer the line is long, but it's so worth it.
