   Went to Running Bear in Alderley Edge on Saturday 6th December 2025. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. I especially want to thank the staff member Ed, who helped myself and my husband Tan to find our perfect running shoes! Thanks so much for all your assistance and help - very much appreciated and we will be back for sure! 10/10 highly recommend

   Great shopping experience with Running Bear. Ordered online but due to a technical problem the wrong shoes were sent. Matt sent a pre-paid returns label through straight away and held onto the correct pair until my order was returned. It makes such a difference when you can get through straight away and the problem is resolved in less than 5 minutes. Looking forward to shopping with them again.

   I have been coming here for several years for an annual gait analysis. I've also been to their Brooks trial evening (and pizza). The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and have always had time to help fit me with new trainers. I also get great help, encouragement and advice from them online and in their Facebook group. Thank you! Highly recommend.

   Saw Jordanna who helped me buy running trainers, as I had been suffering from nerve impingement in my foot. She spent an hour with me analysing my gait whilst running. She was wonderful suggesting 4 different pairs . We settled on a pair that she felt was right for me and I felt good in. Service was truly fantastic. I’ll be sending my husband so he can get better running trainers!!
