The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. We have been kept in contact with the whole process and all at Baby Loves have been so compassionate to our situation it’s made our journey that little bit easier. They help you with clothes that suit you, give constructive advice and opinions and alternatives to try if you need a bit of assistance for the right look. I always find something just right and their loyalty card points scheme is fab, you feel like you are getting a little something back and rewards custom. It's my go to shop for when I'm looking to treat myself. It's also where my husband goes to treat me too as they always look after him in there. I rarely bother to clothes shop town now. With great labels on my doorstep and staff that actually care about their customers why would I?”
