   I have been going to the front room for over 5 years now, and I have never had a bad experience. I used to get my hair done by Manell, and over the past year Rich has been doing my hair. Rich makes it a point to make all his clients comfortable, and ensures that we feel at ease during treatments. A year ago, I had an atrocious experience when trying out another salon, I went back to the front room and Rich restored my faith in hair stylists by completley transforming and repairing my hair and reminding me of how stylists should behave with clients. Both Rich and Manell listen to their clients, have vast experience with all hair types, forge strong stylist-client relationships, and come up with individually suited approaches to achieve clients hair goals. I always leave the salon feeling confident and satisfied, and I honestly don’t think I could trust any other salon. I can’t thank the front room enough for consistently providing me with amazing service and creating a safe and understanding environment. P.S. Rich is a complete wizard when it comes to hair, throughout autumn and winter he kept my hair a gorgeous and vibrant burgundy colour with purple undertones, and recently he’s gave me a luxurious chocolatey brunette, which I couldn’t be more pleased with. If you want an incredible colour, and voluminous, bouncy layers, go to the front room.

   My wife says they are very good and does her hair very nicely. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. There are no trimmings and 'flannel" and accompanying high cost. It is excellent value for money.
